So you have a problem and you have a choice between remote and onsite, which is the right choice. Remote support is good for problems that involve software problems or how do I do something. Things such as trouble shooting and repairing problems with Microsoft office, Internet explorer and viruses are issues that Remote support can help with. Onsite service is required for any problem involving internet access or problems that prevent the computer from starting up or turning on.
